Management of reports – Whistleblowing

Mecaer Aviation Group (MAG) S.p.A. adopts a process for receiving, analyzing and processing reports (including anonymous ones) regarding the Company sent by Third Parties or Group Persons.

The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions (so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).

The whistleblowing management process is an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 of MAG SpA.

For the sending and management of reports MAG SpA implements a dedicated IT platform, which is the preferred channel for sending reports.
